I can see you can switch these menu items on or off.
I'm wondering if I can move them to the end or elsewhere?
I have some custom menu items but we need to have some control of the header

They are defined in layout/includes/header.php so investigate and edit that file, but beware... this is not a trivial area to mess around with and there are two header styles to contend with.
