I would like to add some new functionality into Course module.
My specific goal is to add some notification abelity for new course creating.
I now there are some notification plugins already exist for but i need to place directly into course module.
I know that modifying core module is not recommend thats why i am asking how can i implement this and keep it upgrade safe.
