We can't provide support for Iomad here as it is a fork of core Moodle by a different organisation. I suggest you head over to www.iomad.org for specific Iomad support.
However, I used to have some involvement with it and we never had a library of themes. If your chosen theme is based on Boost you can copy over the Iomad specific code from the standard Iomad theme's lib.php file relatively easily (it's all commented).
