Been operating MoodleCloud & Big Blue Button mainly from Hong Kong connected to the MC Australia host these past months with good & predictable results.
Now that we have extended to Mainland China, BBB is functional, but suffer from frequent packet lost when both voice & webcam are enabled by the mainland student. Also transitioning of slides (PDF) is painfully slow & of course sharing of YouTube video is not possible as the channel is blocked & the network performance would also be inadequate.
Question - what is the recommendation to run MoodleCloud for China based participants apart setting up a hosted platform inside China.
Your comment & thoughts would be appreciated.

BigBlueButton is a plugin, so if MoodleCloud is running ok generally, you might get some pointers from the BigBlueButton community...
