just activated the foundation them.
was able to change a few setting in appearance and as advised was refreshing the page. now the site is in accessible .

Please edit line 287 of /theme/foundation/classes/output/core_renderer_toolbox.php and put a backslash in front of 'core_text' so that it becomes '\core_text'. Then reload. Hopefully that should self repair and come back.
