I apologize for late response.

yes I updated moodle to latest version 3.7.1 a day ago, still I'm facing session timeout issue.
Actual cause for this issue, I'm not able to figure it out ?

I know this is an old thread, but I am posting here in case it helps someone else. I had the same issue. Every click on the site resulted in a logout and I had to log back in.

I cloned a Moodle site for a client, a site I had not set up. Someone had entered a value in the sessioncookie field. Simply deleting that seemed to resolve my issue.
