Hi Ash,

I've had a look for your suspended starter site but I can't find it based on your first name alone. If your site has been suspended then your subscription has been cancelled and there will be no more payment retries. If you login to your portal there will be a message at the top advising you to update your payment details and reactivate your site. This will take payment immediately and restart your subscription and reactivate your site.
