Install of Ver 3.7 - Dependencies check failed

I am attempting to make a  fresh/clean/new installation of Moodle version 3.7 and I am getting a "Dependencies check failed for block_feedback, block_glossary_random, block_news_items, block_quiz_results, block_search_forums, filter_data, filter_glossary" message along with the attache screen.

All the plugins are in the appropriate directories, so I don't know why the install thinks they're not.

I checked the database, login credentials are correct. However, no tables are created yet. Not sure where in the installation sequence that this occurs.

Any help resolving this would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Keith E.

Have you checked permissions, what OS are you using?

I am in a Hosted Windows Server with IIS.

Yes. The permissions was the first thing a check. The directories for the blocks have READ/WRITE access.

Check both blocks and mods.

While the checks are reporting blocks the check refers to having mods that are related and must be certain version.   mods show missing.

From where did you acquire the code?

Did you unzip right on server or ftp a locally unzipped code directory?

I figured out it was a DB access issue; which has been resolved and the installation moved on pas the point of the first error.

However, I am getting a new error (see attached screen shot)

I have checke the local unzipped directory "/admin/tool/mobile" and its subdirectories and compared it to what is on the server and they are exactly the same.

So, I don't know how to correct the issue.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
