Thanks in advance for your help. I have read many of the posts and always seem to run into a problem trying to do any suggested fix:
1. debugging. I turn on debugging and can't find my error log. I use a commercial server (Bluehost) and can access all my files, but I just don't see files like the ones shown in examples. Can you tell me where I specifically can find the error log? I would choose to show the error on the html but that is not recommended.
2. increase file size. Bluehost has increased my file size limitations as well as my maximum execution time to no avail.
3. As you can see below, I am not getting an error message. The blue line goes to the end and then just sits there. I tried to click on the restore button at this point, but Moodle just asks for a file again.
4. I never had any issues restoring course files before when I was using 3.2.
