I have a scorm module that has been working fine for everyone for the past month, but I have two users who are stuck. They answered a quiz question in the module, and now they are stuck on that page. Even if they quit, close moodle and then resume, it just loads right back to that same quiz question - the answer is selected still and they can't continue.
It doesn't even offer them the dashboard page where they can say 'delete my previous attempts' - it just goes right back to that same screen where they got stuck.
It's not the same question for both either. There are several questions through out the module, one is stuck part way through the first section and the other is almost completed.
Any suggestions how I clear that so that they can continue?
