Basic question, how can I store images for my theme in a file moodle can find without having it avaible to all. I'm using the built in editor and the only place it seems to be able to find files is where my daily backups are kept (which is also open to everyone -not that I want that either). These are not course files they are more like productions files.
Now for my real questions
Firstly, I would like to add images to the topic section like I saw on the Chameleon demo. So that each topic looks like this
course material. text etc
course material, text etc image
quiz, text etc
The only way I could come near this was to add my image to the bottom of the topic summary.
Secondly, I have a summary as my central block on the page so that I can add some html and graphics. The problem is that when I add a graphic its there in the editing screen but after I save it all I get is either the X that a file can't be found or I get the alt text. Where did my graphic go cause I can clearly see it in the editor.
I'm running Moodle 1.5.3+ (2005060230) if that makes a difference
