Hello
I logged in to our MoodleCloud site this morning as usual without any problems, but now when we log in I get this message.
Exception - Call to undefined method theme_bootstrapbase_core_renderer::standard_theme_head_html()
Interestingly login in on the MobileApp works fine.
I can log on to my other MoodleCloud site.
Anyone have any suggestions for getting back the site,

MoodleCloud was upgraded over the last few hours, as an upgrade was pushed to fix (and prevent) a few issues. You might have landed on your site at the precise moment it was put in maintenance mode. Everything should be back to normal now... otherwise let us know.

Thank you for your reply Mattieu, I found the note on the Moodle Cloud Portal, and upgrade is in progress.
However, I'm still getting the same error.

You are not alone Helen. My question is - Has anyone heard anything from MoodleCloud on this yet? All I've heard is crickets.

We are experiencing similar problems, when we click on administration, dashboard or Site Home we don’t see any content. This has been mentioned in other posts, is it linked? Any news?

The issue has been reported on the Moodle Tracker. Please go and vote for the issue Cloud-154. It currently shows as low priority.

I had no idea that Moodle had a Jira site where you can submit issues! That is wonderful to know in future!
It's sounding like the problems are resolved now - see CLOUD-154 and CLOUD-153 issues.

My MoodleCloud site is now back -- and I am also happy to learn about the Jira site for submitting issues. I will do so in the future.
There was an issue upgrading to the latest Moodle version for sites on the School plans. This as now been resolved (and yes, measures will be in place to prevent this from happening again).
