is there a easy way to add a administrator account with no power but eyes on all?

hi,

in moodle 3.2, i wish to add an account to my assistant which the power to see any information in moodle administration but no power to delete , no way to change no way to edit anything. Only eyes on all but alter nothing.


is there a easy way to add that kind of account ?

i tried to duplicate an admin role but the interface to not allow this (system role are not in the combo list of choice)


i tried to create a new manager role based on the genuine manager one but this one can't have access (view) systems infos.


i only need a admin role with "hands tied" but  and eyes on all.

You can't duplicate the admin role as it isn't really a role (admins are given ALL capabilities).

What you probably want to do is to duplicate the Manager role and then turn lots of stuff off. 

I have a role on one of my sites called 'Observer' that may do what you require. I have attached the export BUT you should still check the capabilities are appropriate for your needs.
