Actually, I am not the "porteur de projet" (I am not a stakeholder of that MoodleBox Wiktionary embedding project).

I have also recently seen on the French forum that some universities do use a MoodleBox to give courses to "empeached" students : prisoners inside a prison, without an online connection.


(I am not taking parts to these two projects : I am just disseminating the info from the French-language Moodle forum here.)

I have used the MoodleBox in a couple of occasions and still using it. The mobility of Raspberry Pi and the independence from the Internet the MoodleBox offers are the biggest plus for me. Talking of the mobility, I have realized that Pi 3 Model B is more portable than the more recent Model B+. My USB power pack is not powerful enough for the 3B+.
