Hi Pascal,
Perhaps you can contact Ralf Krause.
He is the creator of the Wikipedia block plugin.
He might be able to create a Wiktionary block plugin.

The teacher using Wiktionary actually uses an offline version of the content, for areas without an online connection... So an online plugin would not help.
(actually maybe it could be interesting, I will now inform him that there is a Wikipedia block plugin - maybe he can configure it to search into a local copy of Wikipedia on a local server)
Here is the discussion (in French) :
- Moodlebox : Dictionnaire en local
Thanks. It's quite interesting.
Actually, I am not the "porteur de projet" (I am not a stakeholder of that MoodleBox Wiktionary embedding project).
I have also recently seen on the French forum that some universities do use a MoodleBox to give courses to "empeached" students : prisoners inside a prison, without an online connection.
(I am not taking parts to these two projects : I am just disseminating the info from the French-language Moodle forum here.)
