In moodle 3.1, when I go to edit a block's settings under default region, the list is limited to just "Right". In moodle 3.5 the list of regions is very long. I am not sure if this is related to the theme (Adaptable), or where to find the reason for the difference. If it's in the theme, what would the function name be that ensures the list for any block's settings only contains a sub-set of all available regions?
