I would like to change the site URL name - I have begun making the site but it is not active - any suggestions on how to change the name would be greatly appreciated.

Do you want to change the URL from oldsite.com to newsite.com?
- Update $CFG->wwwroot your Moodle config.php file with the new domain name.
- Update your DNS records, if necessary.
- Run the Moodle Replace Tool to update the url links in your Moodle databaase (\moodle\admin\tool\replace\index.php).
