Installing and upgrading help

OK I am back up and running. I set all of my latest public_html into a backup directory. copied all of the 3.6 files into the public html directory again. copied my config.php from my pre-update backup into the public html directory. logged into the site and it went through the update again. It requested updates for most of the plugins and themes. So in a nutshell, something between fordson and 3.6 Moodle didn't update properly the first time. I probably didn't allow it to update the Fordson during the first update and that is why it asked for the fordson update after the first Moodle update was finished. WHEW!!
