In-person evaluation in polo - Which best configuration?

Hello everyone!

In the configuration of a course, I am interested in knowing what would be the best way to adjust for the PROOF (questionnaire) to be done as follows:

The test will take place in a pole, that is, in a place that the student is going to take the test. Until then, the proof is not available to him.

I had in mind the following course structure:

Modules (topics) 1 to 4 with content to study

Module (topic) 5 = Theoretical evaluation. This topic is not visible to the student while he / she is in the study period, that is, at his / her home.

The dynamics are as follows:

Student studies the modules from 1 to 4 ->>  student schedules day and time of the test in the pole   > student when arriving at the pole loga in Moodle in his account  > at __h student visualizes the evaluation (questionnaire) that has time   > student finishes the questionnaire and receives information from your note.

The evaluation will no longer be visible to him, that is, he has only one try and can not see the issues to not pass on to his friends.

Doubt is more related to how to set up the assessment itself so that it only sees it on the day it is done at the pole. And in this case, what would her qualification in the system look like when she got there?

When starting the Assessment (module 5), all theoretical content (modules / topics from 1 to 4) are disabled, ie no consultation is possible.

It seems to me that to this point, there has already been an answer:

- Yes, I know that the student might try to take a pen drive, etc., but such features will be banned, too.

The dynamics are:

He logs in to his Moodle account and has access to proof either as Module 5 or within another course that he would be enabled only at that time.

Who has the power to do such an empowerment? Teachers and administrators, only? Or is there some other suitable profile that only serves to "enable" the questionnaire?

As there are several poles, I thought of giving privilege to a "test applicator" who, necessarily, does not have to be a tutor.

How do you guys think this would be the best way to do this?

A next module (nº 5) or a new course in which it is only inserted in the day that will carry out the evaluation (questionnaire) in the pole?

Particularly, I see no difference, since the permission to visualize it occurs on the day he appears to take the test.

After completing the questionnaire, he will not have the issues visible on the platform, so he will not pass the questions to colleagues.

Thank you!
