There are different other ways to make questionnaires that do report to the gradebook:
- You can use the Lesson tool (in case you need to include essay questions)
- You can use the Quiz tool if open writing questions are not needed.
- You can install the form type assignment (one of the MyTechMaster modules; warning, it does require some tweaking to work in Moodle 1.5.3!) and use that.
