My new theme, Foundation (currently for Moodle 3.5) has been approved and released in the plugins database. You can get the current version, 3.5.0.6 (a beta) from https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversion.php?id=18214. ; Thanks to David and Bas for taking the time to review on CONTRIB-7493.
