As shown in the image below I have noticed new status under Grades > User report called 'Browsed' any advice will be appreciated about what does that mean? Thanks
Since joining the forum the support here was always amazing so not really sure if not getting any replies for this question means no one knows the answer or it's so obvious things that I am missing here?

I haven't seen this before, but a search for 'browsed' did find this: https://docs.moodle.org/35/en/SCORM_settings#Options
"Disable preview mode - If this option is set to Yes, the Preview button in the view page of a SCORM/AICC Package activity will be hidden. The student can choose to preview (browse mode) the activity or attempt it in the normal mode. When a Learning Object is completed in preview (browse) mode, it's marked with browsed icon"
Thanks Mathew!, it makes total sense now that the user selected 'preview' mode to complete the eLearning (god knows why) therefore even though she passed the eLearning quiz the completion report still shows her as incomplete!
I have now disabled the preview mode option to avoid having similar issues in the future.
