Mobile doesn't like inline images

I'm inserting a small image at the end of various lines within my course. It looks great in a regular browser, but the Mobile app wants to put the image on its own line, for some reason. I'm hoping someone can suggest a fix.

I'm attaching both views, so you can see what I mean and including the applicable bit of code, here:
