Hi!

Googling about team and social learning I found this amazing proposal of course format: "Rope Team". I don't understand what happened to it, it was proposed for 3.3 and then disappeared? Anyone has a clue about it?

Cheers,

Pablo

Hi Pablo,

Unfortunately I don't know any more than is mentioned in the tracker issue, however I would encourage you to vote for MDL-58419 if you'd like it to be implemented and add a comment asking for an update.

Hi

I don't think and I hope it's not a "rip" project.

Because collaborative learning based on team is a good idea for some pedagogical way.

I think some plugins can do job, but they are not into a same course format.

In slide 11, we can imagine some tips with

  1. restriction by date... https://moodle.org/plugins/?q=availability_
  2. ok topics or (sub)courses
  3. based on bulk creation into same course (eg https://moodle.org/plugins/local_problemsection
  4. with some groups plugins (enrolment and/or self selection...) https://moodle.org/plugins/index.php?q=groups
  5. with analitycs, and some sql queries (https://moodle.org/plugins/?q=reports)
Hope !

In any case, I'll be watching this post because I'm very interested.

Cheers
