Tag question difficulty level using users previous attempts like easy, medium or hard.
the user can fetch (Random) questions depends on his/her level. if a user is an average then he can fetch average questions and if he is best at his studies then he will fetch hard questions.
I hope this could bring a new feature to moodle. the user can practice questions and can fetch medium level questions if he is able to complete easy questions. so this will be an adaptive algorithm.
