Thanks Tim. I see what you are saying about adding a new step into the duplicate process. Given that, maybe instead it would be possible to add a new option in the Edit menu dropdown. This would be a "Duplicate with question copy" then that would trigger the necessary steps to copy the quiz settings as an empty quiz, copy all the quiz questions (probably into the default category for the new quiz, and insert the new duplicated questions into the new quiz. I will try to hack around with that and see if that is doable. If a user chose this option for a non quiz it would just call the standard duplicate function (or the option would only be shown on quizzes).
