I am building a site and was using Spanish language pack
As of last week, the site is displaying in English despite Spanish being the default language for the entire site. i have even removed English from the list of optional languages to no avail
Please help me

I reviewed the FAQs and the settings are correct; however, users are unable to change their language preference as the option does not appear. Neither does the language drop down menu, despite being enabled under language preferences

Please can you try switching to a standard theme to check how things look and determine whether or not the problem is related to the theme.
