I'd like to know which version of LTI Tool Consumer Moodle 3.5.1 External Tools is using?
I'm trying to develop a Tool Provider for a project but I'm having a hard time finding the proper documentation of Moodle's implementation of LTI, and IMS documentation is quite vague about how to implement their solution.
