User details, adding Discord, Telegram tag

Under "User details" I saw that you could add your Skype and MSN tag. But it seems like it haven't been updated in a long time. Who uses MSN anymore? My request is to add a way to share you Discord and Telegram tag, just like you can do with Skype.

Not sure if this is the right place to send this request, but I didn't see any "feedback" page.

The simplest way is just to change the language strings telling users what each one refers to.

Moodle doesn't actually make the connections, just displays the information put in each setting, so calling it something different doesn't matter.

For instance change the language string for AIM to be Discord, for MSN to be Telegram, ICQ to be Mastodon, and Yahoo to be Twitter, etc.
