Migrate the whole site and then delete all the users?
The question is not about the server and the os but about a cloned moodle 3.5 installation.
Yes, that is what i did first... but the problem is that i didn't find any way for deleting the learning plans.
I can delete the users but not the learning plans, meaning that the competency frameworks can't be deleted as well.
