error writing to database on bulk upload

Hi,

I am using moodle 3.3 version

I have added custom user fields not through moodle other profile field option but from the code and included same in database to store values

Problem- On bulk uploading user with the new added custom fields it is showing error 'Error writing to database'

Any suggestion would be helpful
