HELP: Similarity Problem in Turnitin

 I've submitted a file of Student A and Student B to the same assignment and their report are same. I got 10% similarity for both. This is weird. I really need to check the submitted reports in the same assignment spontaneously before due date. I changed the settings:

Store Student Papers is set to "Standart Repository"

Is there something else that I've missed ?

Any help appreciated.

I highly recommended reaching out to turn it in support. They’ve assisted me with a few submission quirks this past year.
