Moodle User Restore function Not Working

I am having issues when I go to restore a user Moodle decides to just hang nothing happens, my screen freezes and moodle crashes. 


I then need to exit Moodle and restart my browser just to get back into Moodle. 


We have tried to edit php files to allow for more memory. 


I have also noticed this happens with other options under the administrator section

 


Moodle version 3.1.5

Hi,

You could have specified clearly you where using the Moodle user restore plugin.

If you have the same problem with several admin tools, i would also check for allowed memory. What has changed recently on your server, to bring this problem (inexisting before ?) ?

I suppose problem is the same from another browser (or computer)?

Hi we dont believe anything has changed on the server side of things as we are the admin for this.

Also is there any other things we can try?

Is there a manual way to do this via PHP MyAdmin?
