I dont think this is really a development question, so hopefully someone can move it to a more appropriate forum.
In answer to your question, I think you want to look at groups and access restrictions. Create a MWF group and a TTH group, assign the students to the appropriate groups, then have one BBB activity that's only available if you're a member of MWF, and another that's only available if you're a member of TTH.
