I want to limit downloading times for files in courses, restrictions don't allow me to do this, is there any plugin or tools to do this?

I think that it might be possible to create a Generico filter that would let you set a time of day access setting to control when an item, such as a file, is visible and when it is hidden. It would also need to be based on whether the user is a student or teacher in the course.
