Recently I've been received some notices from my moodle users, because they are no able to complet the signup process due to they didn't recieve the confirmation email. But this issue only happens on hotmail/outlook accounts (I've tried on my outlook account too) .
Nowadays I'am using Moodle 3.4.2+.
Any suggestion will be apreciated.
