I have just (re)reviewed the actions of the cronjob - it does actually run in the CLI configuration but all it throws up is
Train models (tool_analytics\task\train_models)
which it faithfully runs every minute - this being the associated result:
Server Time: Tue, 20 Feb 2018 14:55:01 +0100 Execute scheduled task: Train models (tool_analytics\task\train_models) ... started 14:55:01. Current memory use 25.9MB.
The trad web-based cron on the other hand, runs all the tasks as and when it should...
