Site Wide Badges are not working

Site Wide Badges are not working

I have tried a course badge and site wide badge,But only course wide badge is working properly.

For Site-Wide badge even if the completion criteria is achieved the student doesn't receive the completion badge.

I am having the similar problem as mentioned in this forum post :

Could you please add more information such as replication instructions? sorriso If course badges are working I guess your cron task is working correctly, so I guess this issue could be related, for instance, to the site badges configuration.
