I have been working for some time on an enhancement to the database enrolment plugin. I had some positive responses from Moodle staff in December last year. My suggested patch was ultimately rejected with some very useful feedback. I have now done some work to address the concerns, but I need some more help to make sure I am addressing these in the right way before I waste too much more time developing code which could then be rejected.
I posted a comment on the tracker ticket relating to the development ticket here:

however, over a week has passed with no response.
Is there some way I can flag this up to Moodle devs to get a response?
