Our facilitators (teachers) despite of all setting aren't getting email notifications when some one posts in a topic.
Moodle 3.3
Got "Auto-subscribe" on Discussion Forum and individually subscribed to posts within.
Messaging preferences:
Subscribed Forum posts: On for Emails when logged in and offline
Subscribed Forum digests: On for Emails when logged in and offline
Forum preferences:
Email digest: No digest (single email per forum post)
Forum auto-subscribe: Yes: when I post, subscribe me to that forum discussion
Forum tracking: Yes highlight new posts for me
Show/Edit current subscribers: Shows all facilitators and participants
The cron is running every minute as checked under Site Admin > Server > Scheduled Tasks
Is there anything else that needs to be done to trigger email notifications to teachers? It gets difficult for them to check every forum post to see who added a new comment.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
