Hi, I've created a page and would like to hyperlink the headings from the content menu to different sections within the same document (the page). Is it possible?

Thank you!

Certainly possible.  The ease of doing this depends upon your html editor and skill with creating webpages.  In my case, I use Dreamweaver to create my webpages.  I can insert "anchors" to major topics, and then link to these anchors where ever needed.  For example, in this "syllabus" are quick links at the very top that link to sections down below.  I make this available to my students in Moodle by creating a URL resource.

I don't create webpages with Atto or TinyMCE, but both of these built-in moodle editors provide the ability to edit in html code.
