Ok, will take this slowly ... one at a time:

Investigate this warning first:

PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib64/php/modulenown on line 0

What does your server have in /usr/lib64/php/?

Typically (normally) there is a 'module' directory located in /usr/lib64/php/ .... what is 'modulenown' and how did it ge there?    Is it a directory?   If so what is in the directory?
