Hey guys , 
i need to use boost colorbox and input file (image) in my block setting , can you please guide me how to use it  .

i found the solution ,

for those need it , can use
"admin_setting_configstoredfile" for storing file and "admin_setting_configcolourpicker" for picking colors.
