In my smartphone(samsung note5), I can't download assignment which my student submit.(please refer to attached file)
But in the other smartphone, even samsung S7, I can download assignment.
Is there anyone who experienced same trouble?
And please help me.

have you checked if you have the same problem in Moodle 3.4?
You can do it easily creating a free MoodleCloud site (https://moodlecloud.com/) and then doing a backup of the activity (anonymous data) and restoring it in the cloud site.
Also there is one more trouble.
After upgrade to 3.4, in some courses I can't check complete check box of activity.
