I am relatively new to Moodle and have set my first gradecenter to have natural weights. I followed instructions and videos and have grade categories with the weights within each category to equal 100% and the total of the categories to equal 100%. My questions is how do I get the Weighted Course total to display as a % instead of points? or is there a way to have a letter grade column tied to the Weighted Course total?
In the Gradebook Setup, click the top folder's "Edit Settings"
Then in settings, scroll down to Show More.
Then go to Grade Display Type. Change from Real to Percentage.
I have several choices - Real (percentage), Percentage, Percentage (real) and Percentage(letter).
Pick the one you want. Percentage (real) will read like 100% (230) where 230 is the total points. Letter will pull the letter grade.
