PHP files inside a Scorm packages

Hi, I am trying to import a Scorm Package in Moodle, I can import the manifest without problem , but when I try to launch the course ( launch.php ) I see the text of the file instead of the php file running.

Can I make something to allow Moodle run php ? I know that I can run it like an external resource but in this case I will not have the SCORM api and I need it.

Configuration: Moodle 1.5 on a Windows XP Professional (SP2) machine with IIS 5.1, MySQL 5.0.16 and PHP 5

i´m not so sure, but i guess a scorm package cannot have dinamic content...
