Error connecting to the server

We have enabled Mobile web services on both our test instances. One is a single server with no HTTPS, and we can access the site with the Moodle mobile app with no problem. Another instance is a set of 6 load balanced servers with SSL offloading on the load balancer. When trying to access this instance with the mobile app, we get the error "error connecting to the server". 

Our cert passes all the tests on the SSL checker website.

Does anyone have suggestions as to what might be the connection issue here?

Hi Juan,

Thank you for following up. I had actually reviewed the FAQ and could not find the issue there. However, upon further exploration, I discovered it was an apache config we had set up to protect the web services directory - adjusting that resolved the issue.
