I am facing an issue, where a course with an enrollment key in the LMS appears to not have one inside the Mobile App. The Mobile App will not prompt me as a student or admin user to enter the enrollment key. The app will simply produce the message An error occurred while self-enrolling.
Inside the application I have a course that shows an unlocked icon for the self-enrollment method.
However, in the LMS there is a enrollment key configured.
It appears that the inside the application the course does not have an enrollment key. So that when I do try to self-enrol, I am never prompted to enter in a key. The application tries to directly enrol me into the course, causing an error.
Any help or insight would be appreciated. I was testing with the following versions:
- Moodle: 3.1.3+ Build: 20161115
- Mobile App: 3.3.2
- Phone: iOS 11.3
