The script that you had added to the config file was causing to show errors. It simply says that file is not found at this location - '/usr/www/users/flickwgzzq/blocks/course_overview/locallib.php' that has been required (included) in the theme/pioneer/renderers/core_renderer.php on line 23.
Please make sure first this file really exists at this location - /usr/www/users/flickwgzzq/blocks/course_overview/locallib.php. However, this is default file of this block. It might have renamed or moved. Please check and ensure.
