Moodle Mobile app can't connect

I am running Moodle 3.3 and can't connect from an Iphone 6s or any other newer phone.
I have the mobile app enabled on the site.
The URL is https://virtualwoundacademy.woundcloud.com

I ran the SSL checker and the my TLS1.2 enabled site.
OSCP stapling is not enabled and strict transport security.

Could this be the issue?
If so how would I fix it?

Apache 2.4.27
openssl 1.1.0f

certificate is SHA256 from godaddy.

yes, it seems that this is the issue. I think you should contact GoDaddy so they can check what is happening.
